The Senior Consultant will have within the SYSTEMEX INDUSTRIAL CONSULTING team the responsibility of managing, coordinating and carrying out, with positive results, the optimization of maintenance, reliability and Asset Performance Management (APM) including risk analysis for our industrial customers. Moreover, according to the nature of the mandates, he or she may be called upon to participate in major commissioning and operational readiness assignments. The advisor will also be responsible for project management, team management as well as for training managers and different stakeholders.

Roles and responsabilities

-Good facilitator and communicator.

-Ability in team management, good leadership.

-High level of autonomy and ability to develop content.

-Very good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MSProjects, etc.

-Knowledge of maintenance management, risk management, and reliability management software would be an asset.


-Bachelor degree in a related engineering discipline.

-Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in consultation / or continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability.

-Experience as a manager in maintenance and/or reliability.

-Knowledge of new practices in maintenance and reliability (predictive and analytical).

-Knowledge in the application of the elements composing the ISO 55000 standard in asset management.

-Experience and/or RCM certification.

-SMRP (Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals) certification.

-Bilingual French and English (oral and written).

-Knowledge of the industrial environment (manufacturing).

-Knowledge of mining, petrochemical and/or other industries.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the President and advisors. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for reception duties, and must complete the assigned tasks in accordance with quality standards established by the business. The Administrative Assistant may also be called upon to perform any other related duties, at the request of the immediate supervisor or senior advisor.

Roles and responsabilities

Liaise with external contacts and visitors, and provide courteous, prompt and professional service.

Provide exceptional administrative support to various advisors within the business.

Receive and distribute mail, faxes and internal mail.

Prepare special mailings (Purolator, Xpress Post).

Collect the weekly timesheets for advisors and submit the whole to the President.

Enter the hours worked by advisors in the accounting software for payroll purposes.

Keep a record of billable charges to various clients to ensure follow-up.

Follow up on and enter client billing information in the new accounting software for the different entities of the group.

Monitor MasterCard statements and ensure charges are applied to the appropriate accounts.

Follow up on accounts receivables with clients.

Create new employee profiles in the accounting software.

Complete and issue Records of Employment for temporary employees.

Complete various administrative tasks for advisors including letters, tables, data bases, presentations and photocopies.

Revise various documents prepared by advisors to ensure the quality and consistency of the document.

Translate various documents from English to French and French to English to meet the needs of the client.

Responsible for office supplies.

Oversee logistics for organizing meetings or team activities.

Prepare and order business cards, seals, stamps and various impressions.

Responsible for travel and accommodations for advisors.

Coordinate travel arrangements (hotel, air etc.).


College diploma (DEC) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Secretary Studies or Office Technology or similar experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Solid grasp of basic accounting skills

Knowledge of accounting software such as Simply Accounting and Maestro

Fluent in written and spoken English

Fluent in written and spoken French

Working conditions

Part-time (2-3 days per week)
